The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two,
section twelve-d, line five, following the words "exists on", by
striking out the word "the";
And,
On page four, section twelve-d, following line twelve, by
inserting a new subsection to read as follows:
"(h) The amendments to this section in the second
extraordinary session of the Legislature in 2010 shall apply
retroactively so that the authority granted by this section shall
be construed as if that authority did not expire on July 1, 2010."
